- Water100 ml
- Cut the meat into small pieces, season to your liking then add the oil to a frying pan, the chopped onion, the sautéed chopped peppers now add the meat, garlic, pepper, tomato and then the water let it cook for about 10 minutes depending on the type of meat meat preferably for softer meat. Finish with cilantro and chives and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve it hot
