- Minced meat (Filet mignon)500 g
- Champignon200 g
- Heavy cream4 unit(s)
- English sauce2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Olive Oil1 dessert spoon
- Garlic paste1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Chop the meat and separate
- Add a little olive oil to the pan, sauté the garlic paste, add the meat and sauté, then add a little salt, always stirring the mixture.
- After the meat is seasoned, add the mushrooms and bring to a boil, stirring the mixture
- Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, stir
- Add the tomato sauce 🍅, check if the flavor is pleasant. If necessary, add salt.
- Cook for around 10 minutes
- Turn off the heat, add Heavy cream little by little until you reach the desired texture.
