  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Eggs10 unit(s)
  • Oil (for frying)2 cup
  • Potato2 unit(s)
  1. Season the steaks with salt, garlic and black pepper.
  2. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat in a skillet with little oil.
  4. When it is very hot, put the steak and let it brown.
  5. Fry one steak at a time, so as not to add water.
  6. Then fry the eggs without piercing the yolks and place them on top of the steaks.
  7. Then cut the potatoes into strips and fry and place over the eggs.
  8. Serve next.
