- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- Oil (for frying)2 cup

- Season the steaks with salt, garlic and black pepper.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat in a skillet with little oil.
- When it is very hot, put the steak and let it brown.
- Fry one steak at a time, so as not to add water.
- Then fry the eggs without piercing the yolks and place them on top of the steaks.
- Then cut the potatoes into strips and fry and place over the eggs.
- Serve next.
