  • Bacon300 g
  • Garlic cloves8 unit(s)
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  • Red Onion200 g
  • Beef broth5 l
  • Bay leaf to taste
  1. Cut the meat into large cubes and remove the skin from the bacon.
  2. Sauté the garlic and onion in a large pan, add the pepper and bay leaf as soon as the onion starts to sweat.
  3. Enter with the meats and sauté well. Then cover with the broth and cover. Let it cook for approximately 1 hour, then add more broth and repeat the process until all the meat is falling apart. Be very careful not to let the broth dry out, so keep an eye on it.
