- BBQ Sauce8 unit(s)
- Sprinkle garlic, salt, black pepper, rosemary and bay leaves all over the meat. Let marinate for about 6 hours.
- After this time, transfer the ribs to the roasting pan along with the liquid produced.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for an hour and a half.
- After that time, remove the foil and brush the barbecu sauce all over the ribs, continue brushing the sauce every 15 minutes. Let the ribs bake for another hour and a half.
