- Rump or Picanha or Breast to taste
- Coarse salt to taste
- With the whole meat season with just the coarse salt.
- Place in the airfry for 20 minutes with the fat facing up at 180°
- Open the airfry, turn the meat over and leave for another 20 minutes.
- The meat is very juicy on the inside, but if it is too high, you may need to cut it into thick steaks and leave it for another 10 minutes depending on how you want it. It's delicious, with a taste of barbecue. In this photo above is a rump piece. Suggestion to accompany: rice, green salad or mayonnaise and farofa.
