  1. I make a paste with garlic and mustard, salt and season to your preference.
  2. In the baking dish, I placed the tulip (or the wing drumstick) and mixed it with the paste made.
  3. Then cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 280 and 300 °C.
  4. While roasting, boil the vegetables for 5 minutes and drain the water.
  5. After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and add the vegetables with a splash of oil (I used olive oil as it adds more flavor).
  6. And return to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the tulips are tender.
