Ingredients

• Tuscan Sausage (segments) | 6 unit(s)
• Potato | 6 unit(s)
• Salt |  to taste
• Black pepper |  to taste
• Parsley and chives | 1 cup
• Chimichurri |  to taste
• Olive oil | 4 tablespoon

Recipe

1. In a roast add the sausages distributed in the center. Peel and cut the potatoes and place them interspersed with the sausage segments and on the sides
2. Chop the parsley and chives and sprinkle over the sausages and potatoes
3. Add olive oil and other seasonings to taste
4. Finally, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
