Baked Sausage with Potato

  • Tuscan sausage segments10 unit(s)
  • large diced potatoes5 unit(s)
  • (mustard, chimichurri, sweet paprika, rosemary and oregano)1 to taste
  • olive oil1 to taste
  • salt1 to taste
  1. In a pan, place the sausage segments and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat, drain the sausages well and set aside.
  4. In another pot, cook the potatoes in water and salt until they are softer (approximately 10 minutes).
  5. Turn off the heat and drain the potatoes.
  6. In a bowl, place the sausage segments and the boiled potatoes.
  7. Add all the seasonings, oil and salt and mix well.
  8. Arrange the sausages and potatoes in a mold. No need to grease or cover with aluminum foil.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC until the sausages and potatoes are golden brown (approximately 30 minutes).
  10. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
