Baked Loin with Potato

  • Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • Mustard3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1/3 cup
  • Macerated Garlic5 unit(s)
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Pork loin1 kg
  • Potato1 kg
  1. In a container add the orange juice, lemon, salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, olive oil, garlic, pepper, paprika and mix well and set aside.
  2. In another container place the meat and make holes in the fat part with the tip of a knife.
  3. Pour the seasoning on top, spread well through the holes and leave the fat part down. Cover with plastic and leave in the fridge to marinate.
  4. Transfer the meat, fat side up, to a foil-lined baking sheet and set aside.
  5. In the bowl with the rest of the marinade, place the coarsely chopped potatoes and mix so that you get all the seasoning.
  6. Transfer the vegetables to the baking dish along with the meat and sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning - cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and let it brown.
  7. Assemble the dish and serve in sequence.
