  • Wheat for kibbeh250 g
  • Ground duckling500 g
  • Onion, finely chopped1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
  • Mint leaves to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sour cream cheese1 unit(s)
  1. Cover the wheat with hot water and let it hydrate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Then drain well in a large sieve.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the olive oil) with your hands until smooth.
  4. Separate half of the dough and place on a greased tray.
  5. Fill with the curd and cover with the other half of the dough.
  6. Cut the kibbeh into diamonds and drizzle the crevices with a drizzle of olive oil.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 40 minutes.
