Baked ham with potatoes

- Ham2 kg
- Potatoes2 kg
- Seasonings to taste
- Start by seasoning the ham, I use garlic, onion, salt, Sazón de carne, black pepper, paprika and lemon. add the potatoes
- Let marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better)
- After marinating, take it to a shape and cover with aluminum foil (if you have those easy roasting bags better), take it to the oven 200 degrees for at least 2 hours. Check if it's baked
- If you use the easy roasting bag, the cooking is faster and the ham is more moist (most of the time I use it) but you can do it without, the time will be longer.
- Remove the aluminum foil, or the bag bakes easily and put it in the oven to brown (about 30 minutes in an oven at 250 degrees)
- Remove from oven and serve
