Baked fish with potatoes

  • Fish (mullet, croaker, hake, snapper,...)1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • medium potatoes300 g
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Coriander or parsley to taste
  1. Clean the fish, remove the guts and scales.
  2. Then wash well and dry with a paper towel.
  3. Season the fish with lemon juice, crushed garlic and salt.
  4. Let it rest to get the seasoning for an hour, in the fridge and covered.
  5. Peel the potatoes, place in a pan with water and salt and bring to a boil. Remove before it is completely soft and drain.
  6. In a roast, put the oil and place a part of the onion in slices, the fish and in the back the potatoes and the rest of the onion.
  7. Place lemon slices and cilantro leaves or parsley inside and outside the fish. Spread olive oil over the fish and potatoes and put in the oven.
  8. Sleep time: 30 to 35 minutes.
