- Fat-free filet mignon1 to taste
- Tablespoon mustard1 tablespoon
- Tablespoons of crushed garlic2 tablespoon
- Teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon
- Preheat the oven at medium temperature for 10 minutes.
- Rub the salt well, then the mustard and finally the garlic in the fillet piece.
- Wrap the piece in aluminum foil and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and open the aluminum foil with the aid of a fork and make. No need to remove it just leave the meat all exposed
- Put it back in the oven for 10 minutes to give a final golden color. Is ready !
