- Rump | 300 g
- Tuscan sausage | 300 g
- Bacon | 200 g
- Chicken Breast | 300 g
- Ham | 300 g
- Tomato, Onion and Pepper | 1 unit(s)
- Garlic (cloves) | 03 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper | to taste
- Paprika, pepperoni and green smell | to taste
- Aguhinha Rice | 400 g
- In a large pan or skillet, place a drizzle of olive oil or oil and fry the meats one by one and set aside.
- With the meats prepared, place the tomato, onion, pepper and garlic and sauté well.
- Put all the meats back and add the other seasonings and mix very well.
- Add the rice. Mix for 2 minutes and add water or meat or vegetable stock until covered and cook on low heat until the rice is ready (approximately 15 minutes);
