  • Italian courgettes2 unit(s)
  • Ground beef150 g
  • Raw rice2 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Syrian pepper to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  1. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and chimichurri.
  2. Mix the meat with the rice and onion.
  3. Cut the zucchini in half and, using a spoon, remove the core leaving a hole.
  4. Stuff the zucchini with the meat mixture. Close them and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Make a quick tomato sauce (recipe already published).
  6. Place the zucchini in the sauce pan, cover and let cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
