In a pressure cooker, cook the beans in water for approximately 10 minutes after the pressure cooker. After the time, turn off the heat, remove the pressure from the pan and immediately drain the bean broth, the andu cooks very quickly.
Chop the onion, bacon and sausage. Fry well in a large pan, then add the beans. Mix the flour and stir until it is evenly spread over the beans and turn off the heat of the pan.
Fry the crackling until it is very dry.
You can fry the eggs separately and serve to each of the guests or all in a single pan like scrambled eggs and mix in the beans. I always recommend separately!
Serve with cabbage, white rice, pork ribs or cooked pork ribs.
