Melt 50g of the butter, seal the Medallions, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Once sealed, remove the meat and set aside.
In the same skillet, which can go in the oven, place the rest of the butter, the Worcestershire sauce and assemble the sauce.
Return the meats over the sauce, place pieces of cup on each medallion, cover with the cream cheese and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Repeat this for all Medallions
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese is browned.
