- Cut the onion into large pieces and line the bottom of a pressure cooker. Add the seasoned meat over the onion forming a "bed".
- Add the water and cover the pan. Leave on medium heat and count 20 minutes from the moment you get pressure.
- Let the pressure off naturally and serve!
