  • Acem | 500 g
  • Potato | 1 unit(s)
  • Carrot | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract | 1 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • paprika | 1 teaspoon
  • Oil | 1 teaspoon


  1. Put the meat under pressure, cover with water and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from the pressure and add tomato extract, garlic, onion, paprika and salt and leave it under pressure for another 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the pressure again, add potato and carrot and leave it in the pressure for 10 minutes.
