  • Fresh fig slices1 unit(s)
  • Strawberries2 unit(s)
  • Olives5 unit(s)
  • Diced sirloin steak150 g
  • Pancetta cubes150 g
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Corn flour150 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Soybean oil0 to taste
  • Macerated Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil0 to taste
  • Lemon Juice1 dessert spoon
  1. For the rice - heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 cloves of garlic, add the rice and stir well, season with salt, add water until it covers two fingers above, cover the pan and cook until all the liquid evaporates and the grain is soft.
  2. For the skewer - season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika and a dessert spoon of oil mix well and mount the skewer interspersing beef and pancetta, bake in the airfreyr at 200 degrees until golden.
  3. For the salad - add the coarsely torn leaves with figs, strawberries and olives and season with a generous drizzle of olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
  4. For the corn flour - heat the skillet with a dessert spoon of soy oil and add the butter - put the flour and season with salt and pepper and let it toast slightly.
  5. Mount your PF and serve next.
