• 500g of cooked meat sauce

• 3 cups of fine manioc flour tea and 3 tablespoons of flour if needed

• 2 cups of hot water tea

• Pirão

• Leve ao fogo o molho de sua preferência em uma panela e se o molho estiver muito grosso adicione as xícaras de água quente.

• Heat the sauce of your choice in a pan and if the sauce is too thick, add the cups of hot water.

• Deixe ferver por 3 minutos, abaixe o fogo e acrescente aos poucos a farinha de mandioca, sem parar de mexer para não empolar o seu pirão, até engrossar, mexa com uma colher de pau.

• Let it boil for 3 minutes, lower the heat and gradually add the manioc flour, stirring constantly so your mush doesn't blister, until it thickens, stir with a wooden spoon.

• Sirva quente com arroz branco, verduras cozidas ou só o pirão.

• Serve hot with white rice, cooked vegetables or just the mush.
