  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • 1 kg of curvina fish or any of your preference.1 kg
  • Garlic Cloves to taste
  • Juice of 2 lemons to taste
  • Black pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Cup of wheat flour1 cup
  • Cornmeal1 cup
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Clean the fish and cut it to your liking.
  2. Then in a container season the fish using lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
  3. In another bowl or plate, add the wheat flour, cornmeal and cornstarch and mix.
  4. Bread the fish that was reserved in this mixture and take it to fry in hot oil until golden.
