- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fry the bacon until golden, add the chopped onion until translucent. Grate the zucchini in the coarse grater and add to this mixture.
- Add half an American glass of water and let it sauté over medium heat until the zucchini is soft and the water dries up.
- It's a complete meal, but if you prefer, serve it with meat or eggs.. Yummy 😋
