- Parsley, chives, salt | to taste
- Mozzarella cheese | 30 g
- Water | 50 ml
- Zucchini | 100 g
- Tomato sauce | 100 g
- Cottagge cheese | 150 g
- Put some salt on the zucchinis and leave for 10 minutes. If necessary, remove excess liquid. Reserve .
- Mix cottage cheese with salt, nutmeg, parsley and chives. Go assembling the lasagna in layers. The last layer should be tomato sauce.
- Cover with the mozzarella and bake in the oven for around 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
