  • Vegan tomato sauce150 ml
  • Ground beef250 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Fresh ricotta50 g
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
  1. In a pan put the oil, brown the onion, garlic and add the meat. correct the salt
  2. Add the tomato sauce and green smell. Leave the sauce thick, the zucchini releases water.
  3. In a refractory, assemble the lasagna alternating the ricotta, the sauce and the zucchini. Put some parmesan on top and bake in the oven.
