- Vegan tomato sauce150 ml
- Ground beef250 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Fresh ricotta50 g
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- In a pan put the oil, brown the onion, garlic and add the meat. correct the salt
- Add the tomato sauce and green smell. Leave the sauce thick, the zucchini releases water.
- In a refractory, assemble the lasagna alternating the ricotta, the sauce and the zucchini. Put some parmesan on top and bake in the oven.
