  • 200g of natural skimmed yogurt.1 g
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds.1 to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats.1 to taste
  • 2 tbsp peanuts2 to taste
  • And a medium silver banana1 to taste
  1. Chop the banana into slices and add to the yogurt.
  2. Finally, add the pumpkin seeds, oats and peanuts to the yogurt and mix the ingredients well in the Mixer or blender.
  3. Drink before or up to 1 hour after physical activity.
