Cooked brown rice
Some healthy flour
Season with salt, oregano, pepper, oiê, nutmeg and green seasonings!
Just mix everything in a container, make it into a ball (use parchment paper so it doesn't stick) and preheat the oven to 180°C for approx.20 minutes!
Great choice of side dish or snack!
For those days when rice is left over and we don't know what to do.
