  • Clara2 unit(s)
  • Tapioca Gum2 tablespoon
  • Ricotta cream or light curd or sour cream2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Pickled frozen vegetables300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Grated cheese to taste
  1. Grease a small pan with a little butter or oil and place the defrosted vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice (I used chimichurri).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, the whites, the tapioca, the ricotta cream, a little salt and add the yeast.
  3. Pour the mixture over the vegetables, sprinkle with grated cheese and take it to the airfryer or oven until golden!
