Ingredients

  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Oat flour | 2 tablespoon
  • Tuna | 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion | 1 tablespoon
  • grated carrot | 1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt | 1 to taste
  • Mozzarella | 3 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Mix egg, oatmeal, tuna, grated carrot, onion, pieces of mozzarella, and pinch of salt.
  2. Grease a sandwich maker or frying pan, deposit the dough and wait for it to bake. Stuff with 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, fold in half. Let it melt.
