Tapioca with banana and cheese

Cut the banana in half and place in the butter to fry. Reserve.
Put the tapioca in the casserole when it's ready, don't turn it over and set it aside.
Place the floured mozzarella cheese in the casserole and then place the tapioca with the side not yet fried on top of the cheese. Turn the casserole to make the tapioca turn on its side, add the fried banana if you want to add cinnamon. Close the pastel-shaped tapioca and enjoy.
