- Grams of granulated tapioca250 g
- Milk (any)500 ml
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Large eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter, more if you prefer, you can use olive oil2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Place the granulated tapioca in the milk and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- The tapioca has to fully absorb the milk.
- After that, add the rest of the tickets.
- The dough is very sticky.
- Model the buns, and bake in the oven at 200° for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
