- Yellow Pepper70 g
- Green Pepper70 g
- Black Olives30 g
- Onion40 g
- Tomato100 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Mint4 g
- Green Smell20 g
- Olive Oil, Salt, Oregano and Black Pepper to taste
- In a pan put some water to cook the quinoa for 7 minutes or until al dente.
- Crush the garlic cloves and set aside. Cut the peppers, tomato and onion into cubes. The green smell, the mint and the black olives cut into strips.
- In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well. Put the lemon, salt, olive oil, oregano and black pepper and mix a little more. Before serving, let it rest in the fridge for a few minutes.
