- Boiled and peeled sweet potato2 unit(s)
- Whey Protein2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Milk50 ml
- Sweetener in drops3 to taste
- Mash the potato together with the ingredients until it forms a puree. It is an excellent pre-workout as well as being a very yummy candy. Milk can be whole or skimmed. Whey can be unflavored or flavored of your choice cookies & cream is delicious. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top too.
