  • Sweet potato200 g
  • Milk powder100 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oat flour3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  1. Cook the potatoes, drain
  2. Pass the potatoes in a food processor without the skin, or mash them with a fork until they turn into a puree.
  3. Add eggs, oat flour, powdered milk and olive oil
  4. Mix all the ingredients using a spoon (mix slowly)
  5. Lastly add the yeast
  6. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, covered
  7. With the help of a spoon, make the shape of a little tube with your hand (to make the dough slide better, rub olive oil on your hand).
  8. Bake in the oven or air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees
