- Cheese to taste
- Bacon to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Clean the zucchini and cut the ends. Cut in half lengthwise and with a spoon remove the core.
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry
- Season the zucchini with salt and your favorite seasonings. Add the bacon and cheese of your choice (you can use cream cheese, cream cheese,...) until you fill the zucchini brains.
- Place in a greased shape and bake over low heat until browning or use a fork to see the desired consistency of the zucchini.
- Drizzle with a little oil and you're done.
