Ingredients

• Large Tomatoes | 04 unit(s)
• Eggs | 04 unit(s)
• Mozzarella Cheese | 200 g
• Salt, black pepper and parsley |  to taste

Recipe

1. Cut the tomatoes from the top and carefully remove the seeds and set aside.
2. In another container, place the eggs, cheese and other ingredients and mix very well.
3. Put this mixture inside the tomatoes and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. Finish with cheese and green smell and a touch of olive oil.
