  • Egg | 8 unit(s)
  • Granulated Tapioca | 1 tablespoon
  • grated cheese | 50 g
  • Ground and braised beef | 300 g
  • Kale Butter | 50 g
  • Salt and green spices | 1 to taste


  1. Add the minced meat and the cabbage cut into thin fillets to the pan over low heat, until it is sautéed. Reserve. In the blender, beat the eggs, tapioca, salt and grated cheese, until the dough is homogeneous. To fry use a ladle for each pancake. Use non-stick skillet over low heat and flip the pancake as soon as it releases from the bottom. Fill each disc with the minced meat and close it like a cigar, it's a delight for a dinner option.
