  • Oat flour | 1 cup
  • Spinach | 1/2 cup
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Corn | 1/2 cup
  • Onion and garlic |  to taste
  • Tomato sauce | 1 unit(s)


  1. Whisk the flour, oil, milk, egg and spinach in a blender with a pinch of salt and the dough is ready.
  2. Grease a frying pan and start preparing by taking a ladle of dough to the frying pan making rotating movements until it comes off the pan.
  3. Prepare the filling by sautéing the ground duckling with onion, garlic, salt and corn.
  4. I stuffed the pancakes and saved some of that stuffing for the end.
  5. Mix the tomato sauce with what's left of the meat we've reserved
  6. Place the pasta on a platter and finish with the tomato sauce with meat and it's ready.
