- Oat flour1 cup
- Spinach1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Corn1/2 cup
- Onion and garlic to taste
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Whisk the flour, oil, milk, egg and spinach in a blender with a pinch of salt and the dough is ready.
- Grease a frying pan and start preparing by taking a ladle of dough to the frying pan making rotating movements until it comes off the pan.
- Prepare the filling by sautéing the ground duckling with onion, garlic, salt and corn.
- I stuffed the pancakes and saved some of that stuffing for the end.
- Mix the tomato sauce with what's left of the meat we've reserved
- Place the pasta on a platter and finish with the tomato sauce with meat and it's ready.
