Spaghetti Bolognese with Zucchini

  • Raw zucchini200 g
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Homemade tomato sauce100 ml
  • Olive oil20 g
  • Onion100 g
  • Crushed garlic02 unit(s)
  • Peeled Tomatoes200 ml
  • grated carrot120 g
  • Chopped parsley3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1/4 coffee spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Sauce In a pan over medium heat, add the oil and sauté the onion until golden.
  2. Add the carrot and mix. Cook until this mixture turns into a paste. Then add the meat, parsley, cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well and let it cook without the lid, when the meat is dry, add water. Stir and wait for it to dry. With the bottom of the pan dry, add the tomatoes, tomato sauce and water if necessary.
  4. Lower the heat to minimum, cover and let it cook for 40 to 50 min, adjust the salt and it's ready!
  5. Spaghetti Using a peeler suitable for making spaghetti or a knife, slice the zucchini very thinly and set aside.
  6. Add salt to loosen the water a little. After approximately 20 minutes, drain well and drizzle with olive oil. It's ready to serve.
