Spaghetti Bolognese with Zucchini

  • Zucchini2 unit(s)
  • Ground duckling300 g
  • Tomato sauce300 g
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion0.5 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Pass the zucchinis through the spiral cutter. Reserve.
  2. Saute ground beef with oil, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a frying pan with a spoon of oil and throw in the zucchini spaghetti, just to "scare". Season with salt and turn off the heat.
  5. Serve the Spaghetti on the plate and pour the bolognese sauce on top. Add the grated parmesan and enjoy!!
