Refoguei o arroz no azeite e alho picado, temperei com sal, acrescentei água e Cozinhei por 30 minutos.

I sauteed the rice in olive oil and chopped garlic, seasoned with salt, added water and cooked for 30 minutes.

Deixei a proteína de soja de molho na água por 20 minutos, espremi pra retirar toda a água. Refoguei alho picado no azeite, juntei cebola, cenoura, batata e a soja, misturei bem e temperei com sal, pimenta, açafrão. Acrescentei água até cobrir tampei a panela e cozinhei por 20 minutos, após esse tempo retirei a tampa e deixei mais 5 minutos em fogo baixo para secar toda a água.

I soaked the soy protein in water for 20 minutes, then squeezed to remove all the water. Cozinhei as rodelas de batata doce por 10 minutos, retirei da água e coloquei numa frigideira com azeite, dourei dos dois lados, temperei com sal,pimenta e alecrim.

I cooked the sweet potato slices for 10 minutes, removed them from the water and put them in a frying pan with olive oil, browned them on both sides, seasoned them with salt, pepper and rosemary.
