- Dried shrimp50 g
- Seasonings of your choice100 g
- Put the soy to swell with a squeezed lemon and set aside.30minutes
- Peel the potatoes and put them to cook, once cooked, let them cool and mash them.
- While the potatoes are cooling, place the dried shrimp and seasonings of your choice in the blender and blend well until it turns into a paste (don't add water, the onion already has it)
- Drain the soy and wash it well with water and let the water all run out, as soon as the soy is very dry, place it in the pan to fill with the seasonings already beaten.
- As soon as the soybeans are cooked and dried well, place them in the bowl with the potatoes already mashed and add the wheat flour as soon as it cools down, just knead well until everything is mixed. Shape and fry in very hot oil.
