  • Soy Protein200 g
  • Chayote400 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oat flour3 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt, paprika, pepper, olive oil to taste
  • Salad: Lettuce and Cucumber to taste
  1. I soaked the soybeans in water for 20 minutes, squeezed them well to remove all the liquid, added the egg, the oats and the seasonings, mixed well until it was a dough, made the hamburgers and fried them in a frying pan with olive oil.
  2. I sauteed garlic and sliced onion in olive oil and added chopped chayote and bell pepper, seasoned with salt, paprika and pepper, added a little water and cooked over low heat until soft.
  3. Served with a salad.
