  • Shoyu3 tablespoon

  1. Clean the shimeji and cut the stalks so they are loose.

  5. Add the soy sauce and stir quickly.
  6. put the sugar, to give this caramelized shine
  7. Add the chives, smother and turn off the heat.
  8. To finish, put chives on top
