- Potato600 g

- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Oregano to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Large onion1 unit(s)
- Start by cooking the potatoes in salted water. When soft, remove the skin and mash. While still hot, add a tablespoon of butter, black pepper and adjust the salt.
- Saute ground beef in garlic and onion in oil. Let the meat be well browned, it gives a lot of flavor in the preparation!
- Season with salt, pepper and your favorite seasoning.
- Now just assemble and bake the cheese for 15min at 200°C in the oven. Make a layer with the ground meat, put the green smell, a layer with the cream and cover with cheese and oregano on top.
