  1. Grate the potato on the grater, then season with seasoning to your liking. I used salt, black pepper, chimichurri. Take a frying pan, add a thread of olive oil and put a layer of potato, cover and wait for it to cook. Put the minced meat made to your liking. And add another layer of potato. Soon after, as soon as you see that the bottom part is browning, you turn it over, and let the other part brown and add the mozzarella. And it's done! that simple. I put a little parsley leaf to give our recipe another tchan. But that depends on everyone's taste. Enjoy your food!
