- Basil to taste
- Cut the vegetables into equal sizes and distribute on a tray.
- Crush the unpeeled garlic cloves and place between the vegetables.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, oregano and distribute sprigs of basil and rosemary on the tray.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
